To assist clients in the structuring, negotiation and execution of their hedging strategies (interest rates,  foreign exchange, credit, inflation, equity or commodities).

The selection process
 

When applying for a permanent contract or an internship, the selection process generally involves four demanding stages:

 

  1. Review of resume and cover letter

  2. Pre-selection interview

  3. Continuation of interviews with consultants

  4. Interviews with partners

You will be asked to describe your background and experience, and demonstrate your scientific and financial knowledge, and your interviewer will make sure that you understand the financial rationale behind the technical and mathematical expression. We will introduce you to the team, the company, its positioning and its projects, and make sure you're ready to join and contribute to ESTER's success.
